Kaitlin Scott Daniels, PA-C
Kaitlin Daniels has been a Roanoker all her life. She grew up in Roanoke County and graduated from Northside High School. From the time she was nine years old, Katie owned and rode horses. She says her first true love was her first horse, Cowboy. Katie showed horses until she was 20 years old. Her most memorable competition was at the World Championship Horse Show in Louisville, KY, where she placed eighth out of twenty-five competitors.
After high school, Katie attended Roanoke College. She graduated cum laude with her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. During her college years, Katie earned a number of honors to include inclusion into Alpha Epsilon Delta Premedical Honor Society, and Xi Theta Chi Modern Language Honorary Fraternity for advanced studies in Spanish.
Katie continued her training as a physician’s assistant at the Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She graduated with her Masters of Science, Physician Assistant Degree in December of 2014. Blue Ridge Pain Management is Katie’s first experience working as a P.A.
When she isn’t caring for patients at BRPM, Katie enjoys spending time with her ‘spritely’ (i.e: immature) golden-doodle dog, and her husband–a former Marine and current Roanoke City police officer. She also enjoys spending outdoor time with cousins: kayaking, hiking, among a myriad of other adventures her hometown mountains have to offer. Katie would love to get back to horseback riding now that she is out of school and life has settled to a more even pace.
Katie is excited to be a part of the Blue Ridge Pain Management Team. She looks forward to meeting you and helping you get back to healthy.
