About Kaitlin Daniels

A lifetime Roanoker, Kaitlin Daniels, PA-C, is excited to be part of the Blue Ridge Pain & Spine Associates team. She looks forward to meeting and working with patients at their locations in Roanoke, Salem, and Christiansburg, Virginia.

Katie grew up in Roanoke County and graduated from Northside High School. She went on to graduate cum laude from Roanoke College with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. She earned numerous honors during her college career, including Alpha Epsilon Delta premedical honor society and Xi Theta Chi modern language honorary fraternity for advanced Spanish studies. Katie continued her training at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, where she earned her physician assistant degree in 2014.

When she isn’t caring for patients at Blue Ridge Pain & Spine Associates, Katie enjoys spending time with her “sprightly” golden-doodle dog and her husband — a former Marine and current Roanoke City police officer. She also loves outdoor activities with her cousins, including kayaking, hiking, and the myriad of adventures her hometown mountains have to offer.

In addition to helping her community find relief from pain, Katie is passionate about horses and has owned and ridden them since she was 9 years old. She showed horses for many years and once placed 8th out of 25 competitors at the World Championship Horse Show in Louisville, Kentucky. Now that she’s finished school, Katie looks forward to riding horses again.
