It is now week 4, going on 5, of me waiting for a very simple call back in order to fix the problem this office caused and finally get this stimulator procedure done. There are absoluely zero excuses for doing this to a patient. It is extremely pathetic and disrespectful. Just do your job.

A note to add to previous review. My wife was sent here by a neuro team to try and get some pain relief so she could possibly do other treatments. The three bulging disks, the sciatica, MRI, possible treatments that he could offer. NOTHING was mentioned about any of it. I'm in utter disbelief

My wife used Dr. Baylor years ago. It went smooth until he wanted to do synvisc injections in her bone on bone knee. It called for 1 injection under the kneecap. He gave her 7 missed injections on top of the kneecap. It's there forever and nothing anyone can do. He wanted to do it again and she refused. This is when it went downhill because she wouldn't bow down and eventually walked away. Unfortunately she had a surgery that didn't go well and since there aren't many PM clinics to choose from she tried a new start. She is in extreme pain and saw Dr. Cooper first only to get put off to an appointment a month later with Dr. Dragovich. We were sent there by neuro to try to get pain relief so she could try various other options. It went no where but we saw why. Dr. Baylor was outside looking in with with his vindictive smile when Dr. Dragovich walked in. For a doctor to look for payback for something HE did after all these years is astonishing. This is not how a true doctor or human acts. I could go on but, Karma is real. One day you will look at it eye to eye. We could tell that all of them were involved so I would look else where or be prepared to be a yes man.

When it comes to DR. Baylor, he is judging, accusing, and makes assumptions when a person has followed every treatment plan since had been there at Blue Ridge Pain for over a yr regardless of a previous clinic notes. He wants to make accusations of a person abusing medication and try to forcefully put them on something they are allergic to or doesn't feel comfortable with. He has no respect for his patients

I met "Cooper" Beierle today and I must say how impressed I am with her. Her knowledge regarding CAUSES of intermittent, severe pain is very thorough, she immediately understood the difficulty and frustration associated with getting a valid diagnosis. She was compassionate, caring, patient in listening to all of my questions and I am very excited about moving forward with her in effort to reduce my pain, without worrying about becoming addicted to anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After completely ignoring every single one of my calls for help on the matter they keep screwing up, they only called me back the day before my appointment and it wasn't even to finally help me, but to let me know that "Dr. Dragovich" (who has never once seen me himself, only his terrible PA) wants to discharge me because he didn't like the 100% honest, 100% accurate review that I left about how bad they've screwed/are screwing everything up. Literally right in the middle of trying to get a possibly life changing procedure done. All the while, not a single mention of my problem that I've been calling (and getting ignored) for 3 weeks about. She finally said she'd "look into it" and just never called back. Big surprise. Again, the actual doctor himself (Dr. Dragovich) hasn't even seen me a single time, and can't even call me himself to tell me anything. So, it seems that all of them are just genuinely awful at their jobs and not just the ones that I've had the misfortune to speak with (on the very rare occasion they ever actually call back).

Lisa Simpson is immature, emotional, forgets everything you tell her, and is completely unreasonable. She has no business being a medical professional. Update: this company also has the most pathetic, useless patient services members I've ever had to speak to. They will just completely avoid calling you for days and when they finally do they try to schedule appointments (they somehow even mess that part up) weeks and months out for a conversation that can be handled over the phone. It is painfully obvious that no one here has any idea what they're doing and that they couldn't care less about their patients. You're just a customer to them.

Dana is absolutely wonderful! She makes me feel hopeful when I'm in pain, having a bad pain day or having a flare-up. Her upbeat attitude is always good medicine. Love ya, Pat Nichols❣️

This is the first doctor in over a year even the specialist I am going to that has listened to me about the pain I was in and understood. I felt like I was finally heard. He told me what to expect with the medications and it has helped take the edge off my pain that I am in every single day. Thank you so much.

Sorry, David G. for what you underwent but there had to be a communication breakdown. I have been seeing Dr. Baylor for 16 years! He has always been professional, kind and interested in how my pain is fairing as is his staff. With his injections and med's, I am feeling better than, I have in my entire life, full of pain! My only complaint is I would like to spend more time with Dr. Baylor because I enjoy talking with him yet, he is a very busy Dr. who runs several offices. I would highly recommend Dr. Baylor and his staff to anyone!

Baylor is obnoxious and self-serving. When I moved here I had to get scripts from Dr.’s back home, getting aboard local Dr.’s took months. This conversation was had with day one. These meds were hand written next to a list of current meds from local Dr.’s. And signed by myself and an assistant. Two visits later, in a room with Baylor and his team of young boys, I was informed that I was no longer able to get any help at that office. No explanation whatsoever. Needless to say I was dumbfounded. I asked and was told I never told him about the meds. He was informed not only did we discuss it, I signed a doc with a list of all meds including those. Not true he said. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he said yes. I was furious. Then he proceeds to leave. There was more conversation. I found another Dr., asked Blueridge for my records, over two weeks later, no records. I went there the day of my appointment and they promised to get them right over. Didn't happen. After this I called to get all my records and was told to call medicopy. I received half my records. I went back to blueridge to get my records, told they would be ready on Thursday and would call me to pick them up. No call. I went in today to get the complete list. My main objective was to get the discharge and the doc with all the meds listed and signed. Not there, don't know anything and I don't know what I'm talking about. I told the lady she and I discussed the exact docs and the conversation was recorded. She didn't like that at all. She preceded to tell me I never went to get a MRI. Huh? They gave me an order and I never went. That's not true. Another blatant lie. She was called to another room, came out with more docs. I'll be darn, she was holding the MRI docs from a MRI I never had done. Did she apologize? Hell no. Not only is Baylor a blatant liar, looks like MED records follows suit. No problem, with the phone call and docs I have, it's going straight to the Medical Board. I do not, would not and will not recommend Baylor or blue ridge pain to anyone. Go at your own risk...

I absolutely adore Dana and thank God for her caring touch. I have had ten back surgeries and before I started seeing her I was on opioids, muscle relaxers, migraine meds etc etc. I quit taking everything 5 years ago and was just resigned to live in misery. Started yoga and intense stretching but wasn't able to achieve my goals before I started trigger point injections which have done wonders. I am now doing Botox for neck and migraine pain and would be in bed and no life without them. Helps that Dana is awesome at reminding me to keep doing my breathing exercises and talks me through them because sometimes I need them from top to bottom and some hurt but worth it within about half an hour just wanted to thank her for caring

Dr. Dragovich is a breath of fresh air! He takes time to listen to your concerns and helps you make a decision about you care right where you are. He gives options, but allows you to make the final decision. He is kind and knowledgable! I would highly reccomend Dr. Dragovich to my family and friends.

Got there a few minutes early , my 91 year old companion wanted to go in alone for privacy but she is in a wheelchair due to not being able to stand long. The nurse named Keisha refused to wheel her in and looked at her like she had a disease. Told her she need to get up and walk down the hall herself to get weighed. Then she was put in a room with NO AIR CIRCULATION and no AC , so she opened the room door just for the nurse to come and tell her for privacy this stays shut and slams it. Then had to sit in that room just waiting for an hour and 45 minutes just for a 5 minute talk and nothing resolved because she was told THIS IS A CONSULTATION u have to come back in 6 weeks. What a disappointment all the way around
